Exclusive Party Planning & Designing


This is a fully streamlined party planning service which includes the creation of the design concept, venue consultancy, budget management, local supplier sourcing, managing and coordinating the multiple staff and contributors before, during and after the party itself.    

We anticipate your needs, and the needs of your guests to ensure that the party planning process is as smoothly choreographed as the event itself.

It starts with your vision for the party  – your expectations, likes and dislikes, passions and lifestyle. We’ll consult with you about venue options, the guest list, format, budget, security staff requirements, food, transport and entertainment.

For example, we can coordinate private jets, a fleet of car services, artists’ contracts and greenrooms, security staff for V-VIPs, protocol officers and private protection officers.

We’ll set a realistic budget and our team will keep this on track throughout. You’ll have the final say on spending — and continuous access to the budget sheet while we negotiate the best prices on premium quality vendors, staff, items and services.

Tasks and deadlines, so you’ll know what’s happening and when.

This is also where the La Fête team plans for the unexpected in order to head off problems before they occur.

Working to your brief, we curate a shortlist of exclusive luxury venues. We can also arrange visits for you — either in person or virtually. We look at interior floor plans and garden layouts, private aircraft or helicopter landing locations, privacy and security measures.

Every detail, from the location of each electrical point to your guests’ view of the majestic surroundings.

La Fête has a national and international base of rigorously vetted, top-quality local suppliers and service providers — from Michelin-starred chefs to renowned sommeliers. We know them well and trust them implicitly.

Suppliers will be recommended and asked to quote only if they are absolutely right for your event. All quotes will be submitted for consideration, and the final decision will be yours.

This is where the vision comes to life. Our designer presents you with a detailed plan of the colours and designs, locations, banqueting areas and zoning layouts for each element of your event.

We plan out everything from the party stationery and invitation design to the guest goodie bags.

Just enjoy the occasion. I will be the supervisory point of contact — for suppliers, guests and hosts — acting with discretion, adaptability and efficiency to make your event a truly memorable, flawlessly executed experience.

Our team can organise everything from pre-event cocktails and spa appointments to gown and tuxedo fittings. We’ll help with stylists and photographers, travel and accommodation arrangements, hotel buy-outs and private jet transport.

Can you help us generate ideas for our party?

Yes. Creating unique, personalised concepts is the cornerstone of our service. During the detailed briefing process, it’s our role to help you define a vision which reflects your personality and lifestyle, achieves your goals and makes a lasting impression on your guests. 

Every element of this celebration, from the couture styling to the top-tier entertainment, is then meticulously curated to align with that creative vision.

This is a small celebration, with only a few guests. Can you help?
Yes. Your celebration can be small or large — from a milestone birthday meal or family party to a grand-scale gala ball.
What level of involvement will you need from us?

It’s tailored to your preference. You may want a hands-on role, or you can ask us to manage the details independently. We shall be in contact throughout, and will always seek approval for major decisions.

How do you select and coordinate with the vendors?

We have an international network of top-quality suppliers and vendors — from renowned musicians and performers to sommeliers and Michelin-starred chefs. 

Each new vendor is meticulously researched and vetted for premium quality, reliability and alignment with your vision. Only the most outstanding in their field will be chosen. 

Communication is critical. We act as the liaison, maintaining regular contact with vendors throughout the planning process and the event itself to ensure coordination and adaptability.

Will you handle the contract negotiation and management?

Yes. We will secure favourable terms with premium vendors while protecting your interests at all times.

We clarify the scope of the service, pricing structures, timelines and deadlines to avoid misunderstandings or hidden fees.

How do you prepare for the unexpected?

We identify potential risks, preemptively address the logistical challenges and develop comprehensive contingency plans. Nothing is left to chance. We build buffers into timelines, prepare backups for every eventuality, and we carry insurance policies for major risks. 

On the day itself, our on-site team is there to handle any last-minute adjustments, and will solve any problems swiftly and discreetly with no disruption to the event’s flow.
