Hackett – In-store events
One of our most long-lasting corporate collaborations came via a recommendation (as many of our partnerships do).
Hackett was looking for a London-based events company that could take their brand identity and transform it into something elevated and immersive for pop-up events inside their stores targeted at existing or new clientele.
We work very closely with the in-house Marketing team aligning on creative concepts, tone, and flow. The goal is always to create an event that feels personal to their brand, while still carrying the refinement and polish of a La Fête experience.

W. Icons – Reader 3-day event & Influencer evenings
We were approached by W. Icons to curate a unique networking event for their readers, followers and influencer supporters.
The brief? To strike a balance between luxurious and relaxed – something visually refined, yet welcoming. Having come across La Fête via Instagram, and recommended by a friend in common, one of their founders reached out after being drawn to our storytelling, logistical wizardry and tone.
We met at their London HQ, and from there began developing a guest journey that felt modern and fashion-forward without being overproduced.
From seasonal floral styling to curated canapés and a quietly stylish playlist, the event became the perfect backdrop for meaningful connection, and that’s always the real goal.

Duolab – In-store pop-up launch
For this globally celebrated beauty brand, L’Occitane, we were brought in to plan a luxury press pop-up launch day to celebrate the launch of a new product line: Duolab.
The event needed to feel very “on-brand”: warm, glowing, natural and educational in every detail. We worked closely with their London-based marketing and PR team, joining planning meetings in person and sourcing a Central London venue that balanced intimacy with impact.
We designed a fully educational space, as well as testing tables, floral installations, and ambient lighting to reflect the campaign mood. The day brought together beauty editors, influencers, and key voices in the industry.
